Larger and heavier than expected. a light colored lining would be better affording better visual contrast so you can find things. Right now it feels like the black hole!

I have bought a few Travelon purses and though I continue to look for the perfect size, I really like them all. The strap on this latest one is soft and pliable (though the buckle is a digger) and the purse is very roomy. Would like a 7X9X2, but I will continue to buy more and one day will find THE one. Having used this purse for a few days I still like it, but again these purses need an inch or two width. That would make a lot of difference with fitting and not cramming a phone and wallet.

The 1st time I used this bag the top zipper pull broke off. This made the anti-theft feature null and the bag very difficult to use. I will not buy this brand again.

This purse has a lock to connect to chair, also zippers that are harder to open when clipped to the “lock”. It is bigger than I expected a small purse to be but has a pocket great for keeping a mask handy or your cell phone. The back pocket can also be attached to the clip for added security. RFID protection and I could easily put my Kindle in this purse. Clip inside makes it easy to find my keys.

I love this purse! I bought it for my first international trip (to France). I read about pickpocketing so I wanted some security. Because of the pickpocketing and comments, I decided to use a purse/bag instead of a backpack and I was happy with my decision. I liked that this was a crossbody purse and seemed to fit a lot of stuff – which it did. I was able to fit everything I needed – small wallet, glasses, big iPhone, camera, and more. I didn’t end up using all the security features it comes with (like locking the zippers closed) but it was nice to know it was there if needed. I will definitely be using this on future trips. Two thumbs up!If you happen to be looking for a small, lightweight backpack, I can totally recommend REI’s Flash 18 backpack (they also have the Flash 22, which is a bit bigger). I brought it with me for the plane, but didn’t carry it with me day to day because it didn’t have the security features.
