I usually wear XL and was worried these would be a little small so I went up to a XXL. These are true to size and very durable. I bought a pair and use them for everything I had to fill a couple trucks with concrete chunks with rebar manually by hand and these got the job done no scratches or nothing really nice and comfortable. The grip is semi-smooth leather so do be careful when grabbing things sometimes they slip (this could also be because I got a 2XL instead of a XL pair of gloves). I have not quite yet washed them Ive only used them for a bit so I can’t speak on how well theyll hold up after a wash. Definitely recommend getting them theyre worth it. I will try to edit this comment when I get around to washing them. Also they air dry very easily they dont get all musty and gross, keep in ming my hands were sweating in them.Edit…I have now been using these for about 3 or 4 months of hard use and they still work amazing the grip is still there and the leather! Its began to peel a bit but nothing crazy! I bought 2 pairs originally so I could wash one after 5 days of use and alternate them. They still work great and amazing no complaints at all still 100000% recommend.

I work in a C&C Fabrication warehouse-like setting currently. I sand, wash parts, carry sheet metal and metal boxes, install hardware, etc. I used these while carrying sheet metal and just three days in the fabric started coming off. I wouldn’t recommend these. They’re also not very comfortable and you lose a lot of dexterity with your fingers.

I’m amazed with the durability of these. Have been through two full seasons of yard work, cutting down trees, splitting wood, etc. The only problem I can find on them is the one loose thread in the 3rd picture. You can also see it in the 2nd picture so you can see how minor it is.All that said, I’m using these in a residential setting with about a 1 acre yard where I do all the maintenance: mowing, leaves, fertilizing, mulching, etc. So it’s not like I’m using them 40 hours a week. I’m comparing these to the cheapo leather/canvas work gloves from Home Depot – I have never had a pair of those last longer than a few months of regular usage.The other thing I like about them is they slip on easily and don’t fall off, even without any velcro. I guess because they are well tailored.Bought another pair so I have one pair for the cleaner jobs in the shop and one for the dirty jobs.
