Barbara Diehl –
Great little bino. Built to last. Good clarity. Good light transmission. Will work for the little jobs I bought it for. Not something you’d use for big hunting or scouting trips. Had no issues with them thus far.
Phils Deal –
I really like these. I have a full size of the same power as these. I compared them and the little one were only slightly less as clear at one and a half miles. The smaller size lets in less light. I use them on my kayak out in the Gulf on Mexico, and they work perfect for that. Not big and bulky. The case that it comes with has some water resistant capabilities to aid in keeping them dry. Of course they are hard to keep steady at long distance, but that is to be expected. I give them a recommended buy.

I got the 12×25 and i really like them, the extra power over a x10 is a pretty noticeable upgrade and i don’t find it difficult to steady the view. The view can be a little darker when compared to a reverse porro design like the Leupold Bx-1 Rogue, but the bushnells are about half the cost. I own both the Bx-1 Rogue and these bushnells, and the bushnells are smaller with the extra x12 power, but the Bx-1 does have a brighter view, both are excellent binoculars.

These are nice, sturdy, and compact binoculars. The image is very clear. The zoom is almost too much for the objective size. I sometimes had to look for a bit to find what I was actually looking for. I really can’t blame that on the product though. If I had to do it all over again, I’d buy these or the 10x magnification. I definitely wouldn’t look for any higher magnification.
The carry case is descent. Its almost too small when you pack the neck strap in with them and slightly too large if you don’t. The belt loop is well stitched, but I’m putting it in a backpack anyway.
I took them river floating with me this weekend on a 10 mile stretch with mild rapids. I had them in a ziplock, in a backpack. Some water made it into the ziplock. They didn’t fog up but they didn’t get wet enough to test how waterproof they are.
HHNCDunn –
These are a perfect size and price for my family for a trip to Alaska. I needed four pair so that everyone could have their own binoculars for looking at glaciers, icebergs, and wildlife. I didn’t want to pay so much that if someone drops their binoculars off the boat, I would feel like I had to throw them over board to retrieve them! The image is very clear at the longest distance. The size and weight are perfect for smaller hands and to carry in your pocket or in a sling bag. I didn’t give it five stars because I have only used them in my back yard so far…..can’t evaluate their use in field yet.
HHNCDunn –
I love the size and that i can throw them in my bag to go to the ocean. I just wish they were a bit stronger– I admit I don’t know much about the strength for focusing in- so there’s that!
Dave from Coral Springs, FL –
We have a few different pairs of binoculars, but wanted a simple pair that could fit in my pocket without carrying or hanging around my neck. At 12 power and what I would consider an extremely modest price point for this level quality, I would buy this pair again in a heartbeat. I believe Bushnell offers a similar 8 power version for about $10 less, but this one was well worth it.

I’ve used a pair of these for a year and loved them so much I bought a second pair for my wide. I’m a wildlife photographer and I spend a lot of time out in the wilds in all winds and weathers. These guys travel with me everywhere – they are light, very bright and sharp optics and easy to adjust (I wear glasses, and the adjustments locks, which is fantastic). They are light enough to keep around your neck all day (they come with a nice comfortable strap which doesn’t chafe your neck) and I’ve not managed to scratch the optics despite dropping them and keeping them in a gritty pocket. I took them to Kenya – travelling for miles along roads with clouds of fine dust – never any issues. They fold down which helps them fit easily into a coat pocket. Thoroughly recommended
